Your order is processed after receiving the payment confirmation. It will then be produced and packed in our distribution center. As soon as the order is ready for shipment, our carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Delivery can take place on working days between 06:00 and 18:00. Please note: the carrier may call with an anonymous number.

Your order is processed and sent within one working day from our warehouse with a parcel service. As soon as a shipment is shipped you will receive a track and trace code.

Where do you deliver?

We work with local distribution centers to deliver our products all over Europe. For certain regions and postcodes there is a longer delivery time, and possibly additional costs. Please note that we are unable to deliver to any island.

Why is my order delayed?

Your local distribution centers and carriers do everything in their power to meet the agreed delivery times. However, during busy periods and national holidays, both production and delivery times can be delayed by a few days.

What can I expect from the delivery?

Playground equipment is delivered flat packed. The package is large and heavy and is often unloaded with a pallet jack or forklift. The delivery address must, therefore, be easily accessible by trucks with a load greater than 12 tons. Please ensure you are present during the agreed-upon time period on the day of delivery, to sign for receipt of delivery. The order will be unloaded next to the truck. In exceptional cases, it may be necessary to unload the product by hand and the driver may ask for your assistance.

Why is my delivery incomplete?

We aim to have your order delivered in one go. In some cases, however, the purchased items come from different distribution centers, and the order is divided into two deliveries. This does not affect the delivery costs. Check the delivery contains all stipulated components using the supplied packing slip.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged, with missing items or with irregularities?

If you observe transport damage at the time of delivery, you should record this immediately on the transport manifest. Within 7 days of delivery, check the order for its completeness and assemble the product using the packing slip and the illustrated assembly manual.
